When I found Yoga in 2002, the way the method was presented to me was very impacting. I realized through the practice that, although still young, there were already clear signs of loss of mobility in my body, although without pain.
The consistent practice of yoga has given me back my mobility and health, and because of the results I had seen happening to me, the desire to dedicate myself more and more to learning and teaching has grown.
In 2007, after years of studies, I did my training in Kaiut Yoga and started teaching as a contractor at that school. In the beginning, there were small groups with students that had serious mobility issues and needed various adaptations for them to practice. I also worked with many private students, which showed above average results.
Later came larger groups and more and more classes, making me one of the lead teacher at the Kaiut Yoga school in Curitiba, where I worked as a Yoga instructor for 10 years.
In 2016, together with my friend and also a teacher of the same method Cristiane Sprengel, we decided to have our own Yoga studio. At that time, our work and knowledge were mature and we wanted to take a step further.
From our experience, we knew that teaching smaller classes would allow a much closer and careful look at each one. This combined to the years of experience teaching Yoga and by designing and planning our classes in great detail, allowed our students to greatly improve their mobility and showed amazing results in pain relief.
